Working alongside our expert design team, you will select key elements such as flooring, stone and tiles, cabinetry finishes and joinery details, benchtops and splashbacks, tapware, fixtures and architectural hardware, as well as lighting concepts and paint schemes. At the same time, we refine the finer details that bring character and individuality to your home, including custom joinery and storage solutions, feature walls and bespoke design elements, as well as fireplaces, staircases, and other focal points. Our team will guide you through the final architectural drawings and selections, inclusions and allowances, detailed specifications, and the construction timeline with key milestones. With designs finalised and selections confirmed, construction begins under the careful management of our experienced team, where every trade, material, and process is meticulously coordinated to achieve the highest level of workmanship and execution. The construction phase encompasses everything from initial site works and foundations through to structural framing and roofing, followed by external cladding, glazing, and weatherproofing.

As the build progresses, we oversee all electrical and hydraulic installations, internal linings, joinery, and finishes, before completing tiling, flooring, painting, and the finer detailing that brings the home together. The final stage includes fit-out and, where applicable, landscaping, ensuring a complete and cohesive outcome. Throughout the entire build, you are kept informed with consistent communication, regular site updates, and milestone meetings, while quality, precision, and attention to detail remain at the core of every step.
